Adjunct faculty earn "Certificate of Continuous Employment" (CCE) after 10 semesters which grants very strong seniority protections including 75% workload guarantees.

CCE holders are eligible for fully paid sabbatical leaves. CCE holders who wish to apply for fulltime positions in their departments are automatic

finalists in the search.
